At Infants Care, we do not offer general returns or refunds for products once sold. However, exceptions may be made only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item has been delivered. All return or refund requests are subject to verification, and our decision on such claims will be considered final.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, dislike of product, fabric, fit, or any products marked as non-returnable. Customers are advised to carefully check product details and size information before placing an order.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. To initiate a request, customers must contact us with their order number, invoice details, and a clear description (with images, if required) of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions within 24 hours.
If the return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
Items sent back without prior approval or without contacting our support team will not be accepted under any circumstances.
